Industrial powder coating project.

As part of Victoria’s Big Build initiative to improve safety and reduce traffic congestion across Melbourne’s rail network, PE Australia partnered with Lee Brothers Fencing to support the Glen Huntly Level Crossing Removal Project. This vital infrastructure project involved removing the level crossings at Neerim Road and Glen Huntly Road in Glen Huntly by lowering the rail line into a trench.

Project challenge

The project demanded a high-quality and durable powder coating solution for various elements, including new fencing for the Reflection Garden and related infrastructure. These components would be exposed to the elements and require a finish that could withstand not only Melbourne’s weather but also the wear and tear of daily use.
